When trading items (1):
1.1 When other GameSwap members trade items with you, some of the personal information you provided to us will be made available to them. This information may include but is not limited to your first name, city, email and/or phone number.
1.2 Non-members (the public) may also have access to some of the information you provided us.
In general (2):
2.1 GameSwap will use information provided by its members for the purposes of communication, facilitating trades, provding information, sales, delivery etc.
2.2 Personal information provided by members will not be disclosed to third party commercial interests.
By law (3):
3.1 GameSwap may however, be required by law to disclose information you provide. GameSwap will only make the disclosure if it believes in good faith that it is required to do so.
Policy changes (4):
4.1 GameSwap reserves the right to change this policy at any time without notification.
In accordance with the privacy act 1993 (5):
- The information you provide will be used for setting up your membership, communicating with you etc. This information may also be made available to members of the public.
- The intended recipient of this information is GameSwap Ltd, http://www.gameswap.co.nz/.
- This information will be stored in a database on a server owned by SiteTech Solutions Ltd, Iconz Tower, Airedale St, Auckland, New Zealand.
- If you knowingly provide us with false information we may cancel your membership with no warning (or refund if applicable) and take further action if required.
- You may access and correct this information via the My GameSwap section of this website or by contacting us if that section is not available.
